born in the year 1951. He is a writer and a scriptwriter from Albania. He is
popular in the country with the controversial novel he wrote called A story
with Internationals that ridicules the diplomatic elite attributed in the
country, Albania.

Biography
Alicka was born on
the 23rd June 1951 in Tirana. He was the 3rd child of a
medical doctor and a seamstress, and he was later raised by the stepmother as
well as his father. Despite the financial difficulties in the post war
communist time in the country, he lived a happy childhood and manhood life.
From the year 1969 to the year 1973, he studied Biochemistry at the University
of Turana, Albania. He finalized his doctorate degree in didacticism in the
year 1991 and was given the title, Professor in Didacticism.
Career
From the year 1974 to
the year 1983, he was a teacher in elementary schoo in the region of Mat,
Albania.
From the year 1983 to
the year 1991, he became a professional in Didactics, Publishing House of
schoolbooks.
From the year 1992 to
the year 1997, he was the director of the Department of International Relations
in the ministry of culture in the country.
From the year 1998 to
the year 2007, he was the PR agent of the Office for ICT at the Delegation of the
European Commission in Tirana, Albania.
From the year 2007 to
present, he is the Ambassador of Albania in France; Albanian Permanent
delegate-UNESCO.
