Biography
Ali was born in the
village of Vajza that is near Vlore, in the Ottoman Empire of the country. He
attended Ionnina School and Istanbul and he began to work as a public servant
in the admitration of the Ottoman. He is always remembered for the music he
sang, Hanko Halla. He worked together
with Ismail Qemali and his Provisional Government. He was the man that
stood in for the country in the 1930s as the Consul in Greece and Bulgaria.
