Ivory Coast music includes the music genres of several ethnic communities that
is often characterized by the vocal polyphony especially among the Baoule,
which is the talking drums especially among the Nzema people and they are
characterize by the polyrhythms that was initiated in song in Sub-Saharan
Africa, the famous music of the genres from the Ivory Coast such as zoblazo,
zouglou and Coupe-Decale, a few Ivorian artists who have fame in international
success like Magic Systeme, Alpha Blondy, Meiway and Christina Goh.

language, is taught in schools and serves as a Ligua Franca in the country.
