SOHAEGEUM: Korean musical instrument

The sohaegeum is a musical instrument of the North Korean. The musical instrument is developed in the 1960s. The musical instrument is essentially a restructured version of the haegeum. So sohaegeum means "four," because the musical instrument has four strings.
The tuning pegs of the musical instrument are like the tuning pegs of the violin, injected from the side of the musical instrument, measured up to tuning pegs of the haegeum that are injected from the front of the musical instrument. The bow that is used on the musical instrument is not used in between the strings of the instrument but is performed from the front like the violin.
