Kamel Messaoudi

Kamel Messaoudi was born on the 30^th January 1961; he died on the 10^th December 1998. He was a chaabi musician from Algeria.

Biography

He was born in the family of Kabyle parents on the 30^th January 1961 in Bouzareah at the Suburbs of Algiers, and it was there that he grew up. He began to perform the Chaabi music in the year 1974 in a student group in his school. He died in a car crash on the 10^th decemvber, 1998 at the age of 37.
