2011. He was a politician, scriptwriter and a writer from Albania.

He was born in
Delvine and he attended his primary education in Delvine. He finished his
secondary education in Tirana. His father with his mother left the country
because of political persecution in the country.
He formed Republican
Party of Albania in January of the year 1991 and he was the chairman of the
party for 7 years. He was also the chairman of the National Assembly of the
party. He used to be a member of the Parliament at the time of the two
legislatures and he worked as the president of the commission of Social Affairs
and foreign Policy in the country.
Sabri died of lung
cancer in Tirana on the 3rd December of the year 2011 at the age of
82.
