the 1950s, the music company had expanded increasingly, and included several
main labels. In the year 1962, the South African government inaugurated a
creational program for Bantu radio in order to stand-in different development
and inspired independence for the Bantustans. However the government had wanted
Bantu Radio to play traditional music, African music had formed many pop
genres, and the blossoming recording studios utilized radio to drive their pop
artists. The current point on radio dominated to a government crackdown on
words, editing songs which were considered a public hazard.
