Club Career
At the time of his career, he played for both Slovenian football giants, which are Olimpija and Maribor. He was a big part of Maribor and there he is still seen as one of the best strikers that have been in the club. In total, he bagged 108 goals for the club, Violets and that made him the second highest goals scorer of all time in the club’s history and he became the first on the list after the independence of the Slovenia in the year 1991.
He was two time best scorer of the Slovenian league. This came in the 1999/2000 season, with 24 goals for the club and in the 2004/05 seasons with 18 goals in the league. In the 1999/2000, he played for Maribor in the Elite UEFA Champions League. He played the total f 207 games for the club and scored 109 goals in all that games he played.
At the time he went to Mura 05, he played the role of an assistant manager of Edin Osmanović. Presently, he is the coach of Aluminij.
He was also a member of the national team of his country.
