Imran Bunjaku was born on the 18th October 1992 in Zurich, Switzerland. He is a professional footballer from Albania and he is playing in the Swiss Super league for Grasshopper Zurish. He is playing the role of a midfielder for his club and he is a member of the Albanian national team.
Beign from Kosovo with parents that were from Albania and born in Switzerland, Imran can play for any of the three countries. But in March 2011 he positively reacted to the invitation from the Under-21 national team coach of Albania Artan Bushati for a friendly match that was not official in Slovenia.
On the 26th August 2011, he was officially handed the citizenship of Albania together with his team mate in Grasshopper, Mërgim Brahimi to play for the country in the UEFA Under-21 Championship qualifiers.
