Ditmar Bicaj was born on the 26th February 1989 in Tirana. He is a a footballer from Albania. He is presently playing the role of a Centre back for his club Skenderbeu in the Albanian Superliga. He is a member of the albanian national team.

Career
Bicaj began his football profession in a club that is in his home town, Dinamo Tirana at a young age. After some good football from him in the superliga of the country, he gained the attention of foreign football clubs. One of the clubs are Belasitsa Petrich that is in Bulgaria. He signed a three-year contract with the club in the 2008 summer transfer window. The contract could have seen him through the year 2011. After the club was relegated he came back to his country to play for KF Tirana, the champions of the country.  He signed for KS Skenderbeu Korce in July 2010.
