Bledar Devolli was born on the 15th January 1978 in Gjirokaster. He is a footballer from Albania. He plays the role of a midfielder for his club, Shkumbini Peqin in the superliga of the country. He was a member of the national team of the country and he played only two games for the country in the year 2000.

Career
He was released by the chairman of the former club, Flamurtari, Shpëtim Gjika on 19th July 2011, together with other three footballer; Daniel Xhafaj, Sebino Plaku and Julian Ahmataj. He started playing for his current team, Shkumbini Peqin on the 30th July 2012.

Paulin Dhembi was born on the 9th August 1979. he is from Albania. He plays the role of a midfielder for his club, Besa Kavaje. He has played three matches from the Albanian national team. He has also played for the following teams in the past; KS Skënderbeu Korçë, KS Dinamo Tiranë, KF Partizani Tiranë, KS Dinamo Tiranë , KF Partizani Tiranë, KS Vllaznia Shkodër and KS Besa Kavaje.
