Refik Resmja was born on the 1st January
1931 in Tirana, Albania, and he died in the year 1977. He was a footballer of
Albania. He is the second leading highest goal scorer in the superliga of the
country after Vioresin Sinani. He managed to score 59 goals in the 1951 season
of Albanian national championship. He scored the entire goal in 23 matches that
he played.

Career
He started his football career in KF Tirana and
retired from playing football at Partizani Tirana. And together with Panajot
Pano, they are seen as the legends of the history of Partizani.
Apart from the fact that he is the holder of record
of the Albanian National Championship, for the total goals scored, he is ranked
5th in the world for the number of goals scored in a season.
