Ramazan Rragami was born on the 3rd April
1944 in Shkoder, Albania. He is a former footballer from Albania. He is one of
the most notable players of all time of the club, KS Vllaznia Shkoder. He is
recently a member of the Disciplinary Committee that work with AFF.

He played well in the national and international
arena. He started his football career with the club Vllaznia at the age of 16,
and the career continued until the year 1967 when he made a move to Partizani
Tirana, and he was there until the year 1970. In the year 1970, he made a move
back to his first team, and it was there that he won both the league title and
the Albanian cup in the year 1972. He was the only player that has scored the
entire penalty for one team in the team, Vllaznia Shkoder.
He played 20 games for the Albanian national team
from the year 1965 to the year 1973.
Coaching Career
Rragami began his coaching career when he was still
playing in the year 1972. When he was done with his football career, he began
to coach KS Vllaznia and he won the 1982/83 season league title with the club
as the coach, at the same time, he was the assistant coach for the U-21
national team of the country.
