Uriel Birnbaum was born on the 13th November 1894 in the city
of Vienna of Austria. He died on the 9th December 1956 in
Amersfoort, Netherland. He was an Austrian poet, writer, painter and a
caricaturist.
Uriel Birnbaum was the youngest son of the Jewish philosopher called, Nathan
Birnbaum and the mother was called Rosa Korngut.
He got a serious
injury at the time of the World War I.
Uriel Birnbaum illustrated a number of book; with the works
of Edgar Allan Poe, Lewis Carroll's Through
the Looking-Glass included and his work called Weltuntergang in the year 1921.
