Eric Irvin was born on the 30th November 1908; he died on the
1st July 1993. He was an Australian writer and a historian of the
theatre of the country. Hi dictionary of the theatre of the country 1788-1914
is an essential work of reference. Eric Irvin was also an anthologized poet of
the country and he published two books of poetry.
