Mustapha Dahleb was born on the 8th February 1952, in Bejaia, Algeria. He is a retired Algerian international footballer. He was a talented player for PSG and the Algerian national team.

He is the all-time leading goal scorer for PSG in the league competition with the total of 85 goals and the 3rd all-time goal scorer in all competition with the club with the total of 98 goals after playing the total of 306 games for the club.

Dahleb played with the Algerian national team in the 1982 FIFA World Cup, where Algeria was eliminated from the competition by both Germany and Austria.
