Shefki Mazar Hysa was born on the 20th July 1957 in Ersekë,
Kolonjë District. He is a writer and a journalist from Albania.

He finished his
primary education in Shales of Konispol, Cameri province of the country and in
the year 1976, he was able to finishe his high school education in Konispol. He
finished his language and literature studies in the year 1989 from the faculty
of literature in the University of Tirana.
With his studies he went
after much training for the practice of journalism in the field of publishing
and public relations and also international issues. From the year 1991 to the
year 1997, he worked as a journalist for CAMERIA newspaper and he was the
editor of the newspapers; Dielli and Kombi. He led and he is still the leader
of Cultural Association Bilal Xhaferri and Bilal Xhaferri Publishing House.
Since the year 1995, he has been the publisher of the monthly magazine called
“The wing of the eagle”.
He is also the secretary
of the Albanian League of writer and Artists. Since the year 1997, he has been
a part of the Assembly of the Republic of Albania. Hysa is the governor of the
Diplomatic Mission Peace and Prosperity. He was awarded Doctorate Degree in the
international diplomacy by the Academy of Universal Global Peace.
