Mahir Halili was born on the 30th June 1975. He is a former footballer from Albania. He played football for the following teams in the country, KF Tirana, Dinamo Tirana, KS Kastrioti Krujë and his last football club was Partizani Tirana. He has also played for foreign clubs like Switzerland with a club called SR Delémont in the 1997/98 season and also in Slovenia with ND Gorica, it was here that he played for two seasons from the year 1998 to the year 2000.
He was a member of the Albanian national team from the year 1996 to the year 1999. He played 13 games for his country and scored a goal for them in the Historical 4-1 win against Turkey. He score a minute after he was brought into the match as a replacement for Arjan Peco.
