two most popular artists of Libya are Ahmed Fakoun and Mohammed Hassan.
Libyan
Arabs instruments include the flute (made of bamboo), tambourine, zokra (a
bagpipe), oud (a fretless lute) and darbuka, a goblet drum held sideways and
played with the fingers. Complex clapping is also common in Libyan folk music.
Travelling
Bedouin poet singers have released many renowned songs throughout Libya. Among
their styles include the huda, the camel driver’s song, the rhythm of which is
said to mimic the feet of a walking camel.
