The Brazilian metal came in the mid-80s with three important scenes; which is the Belo Horiizonte, Sao Paulo and Rio de Janeiro, the well-known Brazilian metal groups are Sepultura, Angra, Kisiun, Rebaelliun, Nephasth, Dr. Sin, Shaaman, Violator and the comnposer Andre Matos. Sepultura is seen as an influential thrash metal group, which influences the development of the death metal.
The well-known group of the 1980’s includes the Korzus, Sarcofago, Overdosem dorsal Atantica, Viper, MX, PUZ, Mutilator, Chakal, Vulcan and attomica.
