Christian Dozzler was born on the 22nd September 1958 in the
city of Vienna, Austria; he is a singer and an instrumentalist who specializes
on blues,
boogie woogie and zydeco. He is good with the playing of the following musical instruments,
piano, harmonica, accordion and organ. He writes most of his recorded works. He
has been given the nickname, Vienna Slim.

Christian Dozzler took lesson on the musical instrument called piano
started from the age of 5 and started teaching himself to playthe boogie woogie
and blues on the musical instrument after he listened to the music on the radio
of the country at the age of 14. He also eventually learned how to performed
the musical instrument called Harmonica and the guitar and then he formed Backyard
Bluesband in the year 1976 while he was still in the high school.
