died on the 21st August 2010. He was an argentine sociologist, short
story writer and a novelist. He died on the 21st August 2010 from a
pulmonary malfunction that was caused by too much smoking.

Rodolfo Enrique Fogwill was born at Buenos Aires.
He became a professor at the University if Buenos Aires. He published a poetry
book collection. Rodolfo Enrique Fogwill was an essayist and a columnist who
specialized in the subjects of literature as well as the cultural politics of
the country. The success of his story called Muchacha punk that
got the first prize in literary contest of the year 1980 gave him the
motivation to leave his job as a businessman to focus on writing. He is notable
for his novel called Los pichiciegos.
