Juan Filloy was born on the 1st August 1894; he died on the 15th
July 2000. He was an Argentine writer. He was also a swimmer and a boxing
referee. He spoke 7 languages. Juan Filloy spent most of his life time in Rio
Cuatro, Southern part of Cprdoba, where he worked as a judge.

Life and Career
Juan Filloy was born in Cordoba. He got several awards when he was alive,
including the nomination for the Nobel Prize. He wrote the total of 55 novels
and all of them were given titles with the total of 7 letters and some of them
are; "Caterva",
"¡Estafen!", "Aquende", "La Purga",
"Metopas", "Periplo", "Sexamor", "Tal
Cual" and "Zodíaco". Juan
Filloy also composed more than 6,000 palindromes and coined words that have
been generally used by the people of the country and beyond.
Juan Filloy was friends with Julio Cortázar and
Jorge Luis Borges.
