HUN: Korean musical instrument

The hun is a flute that is manufactured of baked clay or any other ceramics and played in Korea. The musical instrument is like the ocarina. The musical instrument has a globular shape, having a blowing hole on the top and many finger holes. The hun is mainly used in court music ensembles, even though in the late 20th century some modern day Korean composers started to use the musical instrument in their compositions and film scores. In Japan, the equivalent musical instrument is known as tsuchibue.
