Héctor Medina was born on the 3rd December 1952 in Buenos Aires; he died on the 12th December 1996. He is an argentine poet, playwright and a short fiction writer better known with his pen name Emeterio Cerro.

Biography
Emeterio Cerro was born on the 3rd December 1952 in Balcarce, in the region of Buenos Aires, Argentina. He got his bachelor’s degree in psychology and finished as regisseur of opera at the Higher Institute of Arts of the Colon Theatre. He further went to the Sorbonne University in Paris to study linguistics. He lived in Paris since the year 1986.
Theb distinguished plays that he made are the following, Doña Ñoca, La Papelona, La María Rodríguez,La Juanetarga, El CuisCuis, El Bochicho,Las Guaranís (1996), and Tango-Macbeth, La Julietada, La Magdalena del Ojón, El Bollo, La Tullivieja, La Dongue, La Marita, and Loca de Amor (Mad of Love).
Emeterio Cerro combined with literary magazines and newspapers like ÚltimoReino and El Porteñothat are from Argentina, Ovación from Colombia, Dimensão, which is from Brasil, Empireuma and Gemmathat is from España, Akcent from Poland and Les Cahiers du Sud, which is from France
Emeterio Cerro died in Buenos Aires on the 12th December 1996.
