In the year 2007, Carla Soledad Rivero became the first actress from the Catamarca region of the country to appear on the national TV, and she was named the Illustrious Citizen of the region in the year 2007.

Early Life and Career

Carla Soledad Rivero moved to Cordoba region of the country at the age of 6 with the family, her nickname Calu was given to her by the elder sister because of the character known as Kalu in the Tic tac telenovela.

After her studies in the high school, Carla Soledad Rivero started to study Dramatic Arts in the National University of Cordoba, she was passionate about cloths, she was the host of the TV show about fashion till she turned 19.

In the year 2006, Carla Soledad Rivero relocated to Buenos Aires region of the country in chase of her career in the movie industry of the country and she started taking classes in drama with Norman Briski. In the year 2007, she was called up for temporary works to be an extra in the Son de Fierro and Lalola.

Her sky high TV role was in the TV series of the country called Patito Feo on the august of the year 2007, she played the role of a villain. The character was popular and because of that, she started gaining fans.

She has appeared in many TV series of the country like Atrapados, Champs 12, Casi Ángeles and Alguien que me quiera.

Her career in the modeling industry of the country boomed as well and she became both the national companies and international companies face; Nike, TOMS Shoes, Agatha Ruíz de la Padra, La Casa de las Botas, Sweet Victorian, Todo Moda, 47 Street and Roho.

In the early part of the year 2011, Carla Soledad Rivero was called to become part of El elegido, the role she played in the series gave her critical acclaim. She fashioned her own winter collection of the fashion complot of the country in February of the year 2011.

In the mid-2011, she appeared in music video for Please Me by the Argentine band called Poncho, the song became a success in the country as it was considered to be the summer hit of the year 2012.

By the end of the end of the year 2011 Carla Soledad Rivero became one of the mopst sought-actress in the country.

She joined the cast of the Telenovela Dulce Amor that aired in Telefe. In the year 2013, Rivero made her first apprearance in the film called Tesis sobre un homicidio by Goldfrid Hernan and also starring Ricardo Darín, Alberto Ammann and Arturo Puig. The film was success and was the leader of the box office for many weeks.
