Santiago Vega was born in the year 1973 in Quilmes, Provincia de
Buenos Aires. He is better known with the name Washington Cucurto. He is an
Argentinian fiction writer, poet and a prose writer. He is the self named
founder of Realismoantolondrado. His writings share the propensities of the
American writers such as Charles Bukowski, William S. Burroughs and Henry
Miller.

The works of Santiago Vega deals with negritude, poverty,
homosexuality and other fringe cultures that are found around the globe. In the
year 2002, he discovered EloísaCartonera, a non-profiting publishing
house that is successful and they specialize in the handmade and inexpensive
books from the reprocessed materials.
