Moncef Ouichaoui was born on the 5th April 1977 in Annaba, Algeria. He is an Algerian international football player who played the role of a striker for the club, CA Bordj Bou Arreridj in the Algerian Championnat National.

Club Career
From the year 1995 to the year 1997, he played for IRB El Hadjar.
From the year 1997 to the year 2000, Moncef Ouichaoui played for USM Annaba.
From the year 2000 to the year 2001, he scored a goal for USM Alger after playing the total of five games for the club.
He scored 10 goals after playing the total of 16 matches for USM Annaba in the year 2002.
From the year 2002 to the year 2004, he played the total of 45 matches and scored 21 goals.
Moncef Ouichaoui played for JS Kabylie in the year 2004, and he scored a goal for the club after playing the total of 6 matches for the club.
He played the total of 5 matches for NA Hussein Dey in the year 2005.
Moncef Ouichaoui made a move back to USM in the year 20054 and played the total of 25 matches for the club and has 8 goals to his name.
