Club Career
Chalili
started his football career with the club, CA Romainville before he made a move
to Havre AC in the summer of the year 2003. He played his first Ligue 2 match
on the 2ns November 2007 coming in as a sub in a match that played against EA
Guingamp. On the 15th July 2009, he made up his mind to play for LB
Châteauroux.
On the 23rd August 2010, Chalali signed
a three year deal with the Greek club, Panionios on a free transfer from his
former club, LB Châteauroux. He played the total of 12 games for the club.
The riot of Greece in the year 2011 made him to
start searching for a new club outside the country. He singed for Aberdeen, a
Scottish Premier League club on the 23rd August 2011. Chalali played
his first game for the club as a sub in the game that was played against
Rangers on the 28th August 2011. He started his first match for the
club an Aberdeenshire Cup semi-finals game that was played against Deveronvale
the following day. He scored his first goal for the club on the 13th
September 2011 in a testimonial match that was played against Keith of the
Highland League. He scored two goals in the match and assisted another goal in
the game that finished 6-0. He scored his first league start for the club in
the match that was played against Kilmarnock that finished 2-2 and he scored
his first league goal for the club in the match that was played against Dundee
United; he scored the equalizer of the game that finished 2-1 in favor of his
club.
On the 10th August 2012, Chalali made a
two year deal with ES Setif in the Algerian Ligue Professionnelle 1.
International Career
Chalali played the total of three games for the
U-20 national team of the country. He played his first game for the U-23
national team of the country in a friendly match that finished 1-0 against
Qatar. He went on to become the captain of the U-23 national team of Algeria.
On the 16th November 2011, he was called up to be part of the
Algerian team for the 2011 CAF U-23 championship in Morocco.
