Tahir was born in
Jalalabab, in the nangarhar region of the country. The family of the music
player is from Panjsher, in the Kohistan/Parwan province of the country. After
tahir have completed his first two years if ecucation in Jalalabab, the family
of the music player relocated to Kabul for the purpose of education and they
later moved to Ghazni. After spending two years in Ghazni, he came back to
Kabul and there he finished his education at the music Lyceum. The musician
first achieved fame in the year 1983, with his music called Baaz Ham Afghani Asti.
Since then, he has documented more than 40 songs in Pashto, Urdu and Persian.
The Shubab brother became popular by singing in Pashto.
