Perlat Musta was born on the 15th October 1958 in Vlore, Albania. He is a former Albanian goalkeeper. He is currently playing football for his club, KF Kamza.

Club Career
Musta spent most of his football career years in Partizani Tirana, except for three seasons, when he moved to Romania to play football for Dinamo Bucureşti and Progresul Bucureşti. He left his country in the year 1991, but he could not appear often in Dinamo because of two Romanian goalkeepers that were in the team; Florin Prunea and Florin Tene.
He played two matches in his first season in the club, Ştefan cel Mare, though he managed to win his first and only Romanian championship title. He was sent on a loan contract to Progresul Bucureşti, but he went back to Dinamo Bucureşti and then he moved to Partizani.
International Career
Musta played the total of 31 games with the national team of the country, he played his first game for the national team in the year 1981 and was once the cptrain of the team, in a match that was played against Romania that took place in the year 1987 on Steaua Stadium.

• Champion of Albania (two times) : 1980-81, 1986-87
• Albanian Cup winner (two times) : 1979-80, 1990–91
• Champion of Romania (once) : 1991-92
