Abdelhamid Sadmi was born on the 1st January 1961. He is a
former Algerian international football player. He played the role of a defender
for the national team of the country. He was part of the Algerian national team
that played in the1986 FIFA World Cup, 1984 and 1986 African Cup of Nations. He
spent his entire career with JS Kabylie nand he won the African Cup of
Champions Clubs two times with club in the year 1981 and the year 1990.

Abdelhamid Sadmi was born in Azazga. He began his football playing career
with the club in his hometown, JS Azazga. He left the club and came to JS
Kabylie. In the 1978/79 season, when he was just 17, he played his first match
for the club under the coach of the club.
International Career
On the 11th March 1984, Abdelhamid Sadmi played his first
international match for the Algerian national team in the final group match
that was played against Nigerian in the 1984 African Cup of Nations. He came
into the game as a sub at half time. Three days later he started his first
match for the country in the game that was played against Cameroon in the
semi-final of the tournament, with Algeria losing the match 5-4 in the penalty
shoot-out.
He played the total of 27 matches for the Algerian national team
