Abdelhamid Kermali was born on the 24th April 1931; he died on the 13 April 2013. He was a football manager and a former football player of the algerian national team.

He was born in Akbou, Algeria. He played the role of a striker for many clubs like USM Alger, USM Setif, FC Mulhouse, AS Cannes, Olympique Lyonnais and ES Setif.
He has managed many clubs as well. He led the algerian national team to the only continental trophy as they won the 1990 African Cup of Nations that was hosted by Algeria. He was also the guide of the team to the title of the 1991 Afro-Asian Cup of Nations.
