The lingm is a type of flute that of Bhutan origin.  The chiwang, the dramyen which is a lute and lingm which is a flute consist of the basic instrumental inventory for traditional Bhutanese folk music
There are two types of lingm: the dong lingm གདོང་གླིངམ་; gdong-glingm which is front-blown and the zur lingm ཟུར་གླིངམ་; zur-glingm, which is side-blown.
