Sybil Danning

Sybil Danning was born as Sybille Johanna Danninger on the 24^th May 1947; she is an Austrian actress known for the several roles she played in the European movies, B movies, cult films, science fiction films, and action films.

Sybil Danning was born in the city of Wels, Upper Austria; she was the love child of a German-Dutch-American father who had to move to the US before the birth of his daughter Sybil Danning. He Austrian mother raised her till she got married to a US Army major. In New Jersey, Sybil attended the Eatontown's Star of the Sea Catholic School.

Sybil moved to the world of cinema when a German film director insisted she perform the role of the beautiful legendary figure of Lorelei in the movie called, ‘Come, My Dear Little Bird’. After she had been committed to acting career, she trained for 3 years with the popular drama coach of the city of Munich called Annemarie Hantschke, and yet she was offered the only roles of those exploiting her sparkling beauty and appeal for sex. She got her more reasonable roles in the movies of the country as the bareback riding African farm girl in Whispering Death with Christopher Lee in the year 1976.

She moved to the Hollywood, California in the year 1978 to further her career in the American movies. She appeared on the cover page of the August issue of the playboy magazine and in a nude celebrity pictorial inside.
