Mavie Hörbiger did not complete her college, though she visited the
acting school of Christa Willschrei in the city of Munich. She appeared in
front of the camera for the first time in the year 1996 in Michael Gutmann’s TV
feature called Nur für eine Nacht.
She had engagfements
with the theatres in the city of Hanover and he city of Bochum. She performed at
the Theatre Basel from the year 2006 to the year 2008, her first role n the
theatre being Roxane in the play called Cyrano
de Bergerac.
Mavie Hörbiger worked as an interviewer for the VIVA and she recorded
many audio books.

to a German Burgtheatre actor called Michael Maertens and they had their
first child on the 26th April 2009, a daughter. They gave birth to
their son in July of the year 2012. They reside both in Austria and in
