Cyro Versiani dos Anjos was born in Montes Claros in the city of Minas
Gerais. He went to Belo Horizonte in the year 1923 and it was there that he
studies law at the Federal University of Minas Gerais and
he graduated in the year 1932.
Cyro Versiani dos Anjos died in the city if Rio de Janeiro at the age of
87.
