Jorge Bucay

Jorge Bucay was born on the 30^th October 1949. He is an argentine psychotherapist, psych dramatist and a writer. His book have sold over 2 million copies around the globe and his works have been translated to more than 17 different foreign languages.

Jorge Bucay was born in the Floresta Neighborhood of the city of Buenos Aires in the year 1949 to a modest family. He began to work when he was 13. He has worked as a traveling salesman selling socks sports clothing, book. He was also worked as an insurance agent, taxi driver, clown, warehouseman, and an educator. Jorge Bucay has also worked as an actor, doctor on duty, host of children’s parties and psychiatrist group coordinator. He also worked as a radio collaborator and a TV host.

In the year 1973, Jorge Bucay finished as a doctor from the University if Buenos Aires and he specialized in the mental illness at the Buenos Aires Pirovano Hospital and also at the Santa Monica clinic. He defined his job to be a professional help to the society.
