Betina González was born in the year 1972. She is an argentine writer.

Betina González was born in Greater Buenos Aires metro area, she studied
the Social Communications at the University of Buenos Aires and she also worked
there as a researcher and as a professor. In the year 2003, she relocated to
Texas in the United Stated in pursuit of his MFA in Creative Writing at the
University of Texas at El Paso and she graduated in the year 2006. That same
year, her first novel called Arte menor
became the winner of the Clarín Annual Literary Prize for
novels, which was one of the most crucial literary awards in the Latin America.
In the year 2006, the
Argentine
National Fund for the Arts gave Betina
González the second prize for the work she did called Juegos de Playa, which was a collection of
tal;es formed by a novella and also four short stories.
