Emilio Kauderer is an argentine music composer who has extensively worked
in film scoring of the country.

Early Life
Emilio Kauderer was born in Argentina. He studied the composition with
JacoboFicher and arranged with Jacques Bodmer. He played as a player of the
classical piano and then he got involved in the laborious work and arranging
training at the Tchaikovsky Moscow Conservatory on the grounds of a full merit
scholarship.
At his return to his
country, his chamber works were played by the CamerataBariloche. Emilio Kauderer’s Wind Quintet danzon was the
winner of the Yamaha Promusica Award in the year 1987. He started working in
the Cinema of the country in the year 1980, composing for the movie called La Discoteca del amor that was directed by
Adolfo Aristarian. He got a fellowship to the Sundance Institute’s Composer’s
Lab and was given the honor by having been chosen to be the composer of the
music for the New York’s Jewish Heritage Museum major exhibit piece. The
musical Pacquito’s Christmas was written by Avalos and was performed and
conducted by Kauderer at the Washington Opera.
Career
Emilio Kauderer was the winner of the 2014, PremioPlatino for the Best
Soundtrack of the movie score for the Metegol,
Emilio Kauderer was given the honor of the Arbol de La Award by the year
2013 Guadalajara International Film Festival, which was held in Los Angeles.
Recently, he composed the score for the 3D animated movie Metegol/Futbolin/Underdogs,
which was directed by Juan Campanella; he composed Corazon de Leon, which was
directed by Marcos Carnevale; Emilio
Kauderer composed Amapola that was directed by Eugenio Zanetti and then
he composed Los Inocentes that was directed by Mauricio Brunetti.
Currently he is
working on the soundtrack for the feature movie called Alicia en el Pais de
Maria, which was written and directed by Jesus Magaña Vazquez.
Emilio Kauderer collaborated with director Juan Campanella on the
soundtrack of the following; Same Love, Same Rain, Vientos de
Agua, El Hombre de tu Vida, The Secret in Their Eyes,Belgrano and ParqueLezama.
Emilio Kauderer collaborated with director Adolfo Aristarain to write the
score for A Place in the World, Time for Revenge, Ultimos
Dias de la Victima and La Discoteca del Amor.
To date, Emilio Kauderer has been the winner of four
Academy Awards in the country for the best film score.
Emilio Kauderer composed the music for the 60th anniversary of
the Holiday on Ice show, Diamonds that was warmly taken by the audiences from Europe
for complete 4 years.
He collaborated with Michael Kamen for the opening of the Winter
Olympics. He is the man that wrote the AT&T song for the
performance of Jon Secada at the Olympic Games in Seoul and was also the man
that wrote the music for the video of Ricky Martin for the Livin’ la Vida Loca
travel together with KC Porter.
The Los Angeles
County Board of Supervisors granted Kauderer the attention for the unique
contributions he made to the movie music. He was the man that received the
fellowship to the Sundance Institute’s Composer Lab and the BMI Conductors Lab.
Recently,
Emilio Kauderer collaborated with Stewart Copeland in the composition of a song
for the imminent "Stomp" album as well as the soundtrack for Spyro series of games on the Sony’s
PlayStation 2.
