Larbi Zekkal was born in Algiers, Algeria. He died in Algiers at the age
of 76 after he had falling from his balcony. He was buried in the Sidi M’hamed
cemetery.
Acting Career
Larbi Zekkal started his acting profession in the 1950s and played in
several various films on the country with the most renowned of them all being
in ‘The battle of Algiers’. His last role was in the French drama called
Outside the Law that was released in the year 2010.
