Sayeed, born on the 14th July, 1978, is a singer, songwriter as well as a TV personality in
Afghanistan. She sings mostly in Dari, even though steadily comprising
foreign basics to her songs. She became fanoum in the year 2008 with the help
of her single hit called Mashallah. Since that year she has performed
frequently in concerts, TV shows, as well as humanitarian festivals, within the
country and outside the country.

EARLY LIFE
Sayeed was born in Kabul, Afghanistan to the family of
Dari-speaking parents. Originally, her
family is from Uzbek district of Afghanistan. Her parents left their country
when Sayeed was 8 years old and they went to live in Pakistan before finally
settling in Switzerland. Sayeed
currently resides in London, England with her Mother
and her siblings. By the age of 12, Sayeed had gained an admission to a school
of music where she would perform in many places with a choir.
She is good in the pop music, RandB,
Afghan folk music and Hip Hop. And she has been actively singing since the year
2007.
