Franz Borkenau

Franz Borkenau was born on the 15^th December 1900; he died on the 22^nd May 1957. He was an Austrian publicist and a writer.

Franz Borkenau was born in the city of Vienna. He is the son of a civil servant. His main interests were the Marxism and psychoanalysis as a student in the University of Leipzig.

He is known to be one of the main pioneers of the Totalitarianism theory.
