Manuel Abel Campos simply known with the name Djalma, was born on the 30th
May 1987. He is an Angolan international football player who is currently
playing the role of a striker for the club Konyaspor on a loan deal from F.C.
Porto in Portugal.

Djalma
played most of his career in Portugal, beginning with Maritimo, where he played
for several seasons. He signed with Porto in the summer of the year 2011.
Djalma
played his youth football in the Lisbon region. In the summer of the year 2006,
he signed a deal with C.S. Maritimo in the top division. He played his first
and only match of the season on the 5th May 2007, and that was the
match that was played against Academica de Coimbra that finished 0-0 draw.
Djalma
became a crucial member of the first team for Madeirans from the 2008/09
season, though he played his last match for the club for the reserve team of
the club in the year 2010, scoring the total of 6 goals for the club in 28
matches he played in the 2009/10 season and being part of the crucial attacking
line up with Baba Diawara of Senegal.
On the
2nd May 2011, Djalma signed a 5 year deal with FC Porto. He started
with the club in the reserve section and finally made it to the first team of
the club. He played the total of 19 matches for the club in that season to
assist the club in winning the national championship. He scored his only goal
for the club in that season in the last round of the tournament at the last
round at Rio Ave Fc, in a match that was won 5-2.
Djalma
got his first call up for the national team of the country in the year 2008,
after several good performances for Maritimo. He was among the national team of
the country that played in the 2010 and 2012 African Cup of Nations. He scored
his first international goal for the country in the match that was played
against Malta in October 20089, the game finished 2-1 in favor of Angola. His
second goal for the country came in the 2014 FIFA World Cup qualifier match
that was played against Uganda on the 3rd June 2012. Since his debut
in the year 2008, Djalma has played the total of 35 matches for the national
team of the country and has scored 3 goals for the country.
