Biography
Mashal was born in
the year 1971 in the Shah Shaheed area of Kabul city. He finished from the
University of Peshawar in the year 1994 and has his Master’s Degree in English
Literature.
From the year 2003 to
the year 2005, Mashal worked as a senior spokesman and an advisor in the
ministry of the Interior. Subsequent to the scholarship from the Kent
University, he relocated to Britain, and there he gained a Master’s Degree in
the Political Science and International Relations.
He is the author of
many books in the English and the Pashto language.
Mashal; used to be
the governor of the Laghman region. He was substituted with Mohammad Iqbal
Azizi
Mashal has recently
been selected to be the spokesman and special assistant to the DG of the
national Directorate of the Security of the country.
