Krenar Alimehmeti was born on the 17th August 1966. He was a footballer from Albania. Currently he is the coach of KS Elbasani. Most football fans know him as Krenar Zhubi. While he was a footballer, he represented KF Tirana, which was known with the name 17 Nëntori Tirana. He was given the job of coaching KS Elbasani  before the kickoff of 2007-08 season. He left the club after coaching them for one season. While he was playing he was among the players of the national team of the country in the 1988 world Cup Qualifiers against Poland. He began the game and played till the end of the game but he never played for the country again since after that.
