Early
Life and Education
Yoon
was born on the 18th March 1968 in Alokhel village of Alingar
district in Laghman region of Afghanistan. He finished his primary school in
Alingar and finisherd his High School in Kabul, the capital city of the
country. After he had graduated from the High School, he got an admission into
the Faculty of Language at the University of Kabul and there, he got his
undergraduate and his Master’s degree in Pashto language.
Academic
Work
In
the early section of the year 2009, Yoon published a collection of about 33
books in Pashto language. He wrote many books and several articles in the
Pashto language as well as English and Persian languages.
Personal
Life
Ismail
Yoon is married to Aryan Yoon, who was a former lecturer in the university and
an elected member of House of the people, representing the people of the
Nangarhar region of the country.
