Albania. He is playing the role of a midfielder for the national team of the
country.

Career
Zeqiri is a player
that started with Flamurtari Vlore academy and he got promoted into the first
team of the club for the 2006/07 season. He played the total of 97 matches for
the club between the year 2006 to the year 2011. He went on to sign a 3-year
deal with another club, Caykur Rizespor on the 26th June 2011 and
the contract was worth €450,000, with bonuses attached to it.
International Career
Zeqiri was a member
of the Albanian national team. He played the total of 6 matches for the
national team of the country and scored a goal for the country. He was called
up first to be among the senior team of the country in the year 2012 by the
coach of the national team, Gianni De Biasi for a friendly game that will be
played against Georgia on the 29th February 2012. He played in the
match as he was brought into the game in the 55th minute as a
replacement for Jahmir Hyka.
