Dobrogea’s populace is particularly different, and there exist elements of folk Tartar, Ukrainaian, Bulgarian and Turkish music among that populace. The very renowned dance from Dobrogea is the Geamparale, which is most diverse from other folk dances of Romanian. In fact, Dobrujan music is described as Balkan and Turkish rhythms.
