Daniel Xhefaj

Daniel Xhefaj was born on the 8^th May 1977. He is a footballer from Albania. He is a currently playing the role of az centre forward for his club Skënderbeu Korçë in the superliga of the country. He is known in the country for his goal scoring ability. He was a member of the national team of the country but did not appear much on the pitch for the country.

Career

Xhefaj signed for KS Besa Kavaje on the 27^th August 2009 after he had played for KF Tirana. It was the failure of his former club, Tirana in qualifying for Champions league that made him leave the club and the join the club. He made a transfer to Flamurtari in the year 2010 and he was released by the club together with three other players from the club, Sebino Plaku, Bledar Devolli and Julian Ahmataj.

Despite the interest that was shown by the Greek club, PAS Giannina, Xhefaj made a move to Skenderbeu Korce on the 23^rd July 2011 just four days after he was released by his former club, Flamurtari. Later in August 2012, he returned to his former club, Teuta Durres, which is after 5 years off the club.
